    I want to try this, but my concern is that I have acid reflux if I sleep with too thin of a pillow. I have found that my head has to be higher than my torso to keep it from happening when I've slept the normal way, but is there any suggestions for this way of sleeping? I would appreciate any advice.

    Hello dr jon so my standing posture is perfectly straight and i dont even get any pain on back for long standing its just my feet and ankles hurt when i stand too long i wanted to ask that only when sitting i huntch and this bad posture comes in will this help with it?     Im getting chronic, daily headaches caused by severe, stubborn neck tension. Going to reallt utilise tbese and see if it helps! I'm assuming these positions are also good for reading books? Though may be slightly uncomfortable for book reading

    Someone made a comment on it being the phones. Yes join ATOMSUNPLUGGED No tech Tuesday or Thursday, just shut phone off all day Tuesday or Thursday and enjoy time with a few friends who do it too. You usually get 3-5 people who wil do it in a group. It’s free and the only rule is you don’t post what you do on your unplugged day online. You can post ATOMSUNPLUGGED and spread it online but you can’t plan your outings or post photos of them on instagram (obviously you won’t have your phones but people were scanning poloroids for a bit so we made that a rule) Plus this kills big business and ets your mind free! Sorry google ..NOT!!! Oh that was so mid 90’s wasn’t it?

    Thank you Dr Saunders, I’ve recently found your videos and I’m following your advice to improve my neck because I have serious neurological pain from bone spurs. Changing my diet to a carnivore diet has massively taken away most of the inflammation all over my body particularly my neck, but the spurs are still growing I guess.     OK, I've been dealing with random dizziness for years, sometimes just while standing talking to people, but primarily while driving at speed on the highway. I have been diagnosed with Binocular Vision Disfunction where both my vertical and horizontal alignment is off and thought that was my issue. However, I've been wearing glasses with prisms and hasn't helped one bit. I sit at a computer most of the day and notice I have extreme tightness and stress in my neck so I'm going to try these exercises and see if they help. I'm hoping to find something as after about 8 years of this I am just mentally exhausted.
